Ross McCammon: Works Well with Others: An Outsider’s Guide to Shaking Hands, Shutting Up, Handling Jerks, and Other Crucial Skills in Business That No One Ever Teaches You
I’ve only read the part about “Handling Jerks” (because I needed it lol), so no idea if the other parts of the book are useful.
(This was not a big thing or anything, but I decided to include this part in the comic inspired by the interview that FKA Twigs gave on Grounded by Louis Theroux, which I listened to the other day. I don’t like to talk about shitty things like this, because I don’t want people to think it defines me somehow, or open myself to victim-blaming [which I’ve had enough of for many life times over, thanks very much]. But this interview helped me see that at some point that becomes dishonest, and reinforces how everyone experiencing similar things tends to feel alone and doubt themselves.)
